Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

Predict the Pitch (“the Event”) is organized and operated by MetaMask, a product of Consensys

“Event Period”). Only qualifying prediction market activity occurring during the Event Period and

following successful opt-in (see Section 3 - Eligibility) will be considered for ranking and rewards.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, this competition is open to all natural persons except employees of

Consensys, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the

Event.

Participation is open only to individuals who:

via MetaMask during the Event Period. This means (i) placing three or more qualifying

prediction market trades of at least US$10 each on eligible World Cup 2026

tournament prediction markets during the Event Period via MetaMask, and (ii)

remaining opted in through the end of the Event Period.

● Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Event is lawful and not restricted,

sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited by Consensys (“Eligible Jurisdictions”). The

Event is not available to residents of the United States or any other jurisdiction

where Predict is unavailable or prohibited. For eligibility, see here

● Comply at all times with MetaMask’s Terms of Use and all relevant laws and

regulations.

Participation is based on a user’s MetaMask Rewards profile. Where a user has multiple

Rankings will be calculated using qualifying prediction market activity across all wallet

addresses associated with a participant’s MetaMask Rewards profile.

In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may

win. Consensys may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Event and

may disqualify you if you fail to provide such proof. This includes completing all required

KYC/AML and account verification steps requested by Consensys.

Consensys reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or

intention of the Event or if you fail to meet any qualification requirement, including any

to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and

conditions.

4. Reward Structure

Rewards and experiences are limited and are issued to eligible participants based on final ranking.

Consensys makes no guarantees regarding participant eligibility for specific prizes.

Participants will compete based on the performance of their qualifying prediction market positions

during the Event Period. Rankings will be determined by Consensys using its internal methodology

(the “Scoring Methodology”), which may include, for example, Return on Investment (ROI),

treatment of open and closed positions, market settlement values, mark-to-market valuations, and

realized and unrealized profit and loss.

The Scoring Methodology, including the list of eligible markets and qualification requirements, will

be described on the Event page. Consensys may update the methodology if necessary to address

errors, manipulation, technical issues, market disruptions, or extraordinary circumstances, and any

spirit of the Event.

Consensys’ rankings shall be final and binding absent manifest error.

At the end of the Event Period, the top twenty (20) participants will receive a share of a total

reward pool of up to US$75,000 in MetaMask USD (“mUSD”) (the “Rewards”). The final reward pool

amount will scale based on total trading volume achieved during the Event Period, as described on

the Event page. The allocation by rank (for example, specific amounts for ranks 1–20) will be as

stated on the Event page. In the event of a tie, ranking will be determined by total trading volume

during the Event Period.

Winners will be required to contact Consensys through a designated email address to initiate the

reward claim process and provide any required information as outlined below.

All rewards must be submitted for claim by 5:00 PM CET on July 31, 2026. No rewards will be issued

after this deadline. Entries received after the stated closing date or entries which are incomplete

will not be accepted.

All rewards will be distributed in mUSD tokens to eligible wallets.

Receipt of any Reward is conditioned on the winner:

● Completing any required identity, KYC, and sanctions screening;

Rewards will only be distributed to wallet addresses that participated (traded) in the Event and are

associated with the participant’s MetaMask Rewards profile at the time of participation.

Participants may not designate or request distribution of Rewards to any wallet address that did

Your participation or Reward may be refused, revoked, or forfeited if Consensys is unable, after

multiple accounts, or any attempt to artificially inflate trading volume or portfolio performance.

Participants must not use multiple wallet addresses to attempt to claim duplicate rewards.

Consensys reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of

these terms and conditions or any applicable MetaMask policies.

Consensys will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in

transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical

malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software of any kind.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Consensys

reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if

circumstances beyond Consensys’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of Consensys regarding any aspect of the Event or competition is final and binding

or amend the Event where it becomes necessary to do so.

7. Data Privacy

By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held

9. Governing law

All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Consensys reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any

updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
